Our client are market leaders in the travel and tourism industry. They are founded in 1910s and have more than 500 offices around the regions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and ensure smooth operation of the tour group being assigned to
  • Obtain information from operation staff prior to guests’ arrival.
  • Prepare banner and other necessary tour documents for guide’s collection
  • Brief tour guide about the group information and requirements
  • Meeting with the Tour Escort or Tour Organizer when the group has arrived
  • Stand-by at airport, hotel or restaurants etc to oversees the group
  • Assist in handling last minutes changes or arranging optional tours, if required
  • Submit final tour report to operation team


Job Requirements:

  • Able to work shift and standby 24/7
  • Knowledge of MS word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision
  • Possess great communication skills and able to provide excellent customer service
  • professionally
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese language is preferred for the
  • purpose of daily communication with Japanese customers
  • Possess some experiences in travel industry and able to work overtime
  • Proactive, flexible and able to work independently
