Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing secretarial support to Director, including travel and meeting arrangements
  • Assist Director on follow ups by coordinating with management and staff including headquarters
  • Schedule company meetings, appointments, coordinate meetings and follow ups
  • Collate data and prepare meeting materials
  • Facilitate meetings including management and employees
  • Liaise and coordinate with staffs and headquarters
  • Translate periodical and essential information for the company
  • Main PIC for all corporate activities tracking

Requirements

  • Min Diploma with 2 years of experience in Administration or other relevant professional certificates
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proficient in both written & spoken Japanese as there will be frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts
