Your Role As A Lifestyle Concierge:

·         Deliver exception customer service to our premium customers

·         Accurate and timely handling and management of all requests matching our recommendations to customer profile and expectation

·         Ensure proactive follow-ups are done to ensure solid execution of requests

·         Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with clients, customers and vendors

·         Handle service issues and problems by providing appropriate resolutions.

·         Escalate in a timely manner where required

·         Partner with our client's Lifestyle Relationship Managers (LRMS) to deliver

·         Proactive servicing by providing support with a good understanding of customer expectations and be proactive to make the customer engagement a unique experience for each customer

·         Build trusting relationship with customers and LRMs

·         Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to make customer requests unique and experiential

·         Ensure that the quality of work and interaction meet (if not exceed) and maintained the required standards at all times

What you are:

·         3 years of experience in a customer service environment serving/handling high-value segment customer

·         Capable communicator who is eloquent and professional

·         Building engaging and positive relationships with both internal and external customers

·         Strong customer orientation and an infectious positive mindset and attitude

·         Meticulous, attentive and possess a natural ability to focus on the finer details

·         Resourceful to resolve challenges with creative solutions

·         Highly adaptable and agile to a dynamic changing environment

·         Able to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines

·         Previous experience in Lifestyle industry in a client-facing role especially working with UHNW customers and families is required

·         Must be experienced and passionate in the following lifestyles areas: luxury travel and hospitality, Concierge in a luxury hotel sector

·         Any qualifications related to lifestyles such as Dining, Travel and Hospitality will be a plus

·         Travel certifications such as Certified Travel Associate (CTA), IATA, Travel Agent Certification

·         Certification in Travel and Tourism

·         Wine Education certification such as Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS)


Be Ready For:

·         Rotating Shift based schedule (covering weekends and public holidays)

·         Work as part of 24/7 shift pattern
