Customer Service Manager [ Logistics / Supply Chain ]

Responsibilities:

·         Manage Part Center Team at Off-Site Location running 24/7 operations

·         Interacting and communicating with direct customers

·         Preparing & attend Monthly KPI meeting with customers

·         Resolving operations related issues and matters

·         Review all statements for discrepancies before billing

·         Monthly performance review with internal service providers

·         Manage Cost and revenue from POINT NEXT parts center business

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

·         Computer Literate

  • Good experience on managing part center operations
  • Good leadership and communications skills
  • Good organisational skills
