Logistics related service provider is looking for Account Manager to support client’s logistics activity in Japan.
Working location: Tokyo
Day to day operational support
Follow up logistics activity and closely communicate relevant party to meet customer’s expectation.
Build up good relationship with customer by reporting and update timely manner
Resolve operational hiccup in timely manner
Shipment planning and tracking
Periodical reporting to customer and internal department
Has good experience and understanding logistic activity
Able to communicate well in Japanese to support customer in Japan
Has good coordination, communication skill
Able to work fast working environment and under pressure
