Japanese Speaking Senior eCommerce Executive

 

Background:

Our client is a world leading provider of industrial needles, precision components and fine tools as well as systems and services for the production and joining of textiles.

 

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for contents improvement & user experience enhancement

·         Monitor media and market trends in the relevant industry

·         Develop marketing communications strategies based on analysis of trends

·         Align internally with all business units to oversee inventory assortment

·         Review new technologies in the digital marketing areas to be the forefront of the digital development

·         Development of digital media and e-commerce platforms in Asia

·         Special focus on the Japanese digital landscapes and platforms

·         Staying abreast of the latest Digital trends and thinking through how to apply those trends to help meet business goals

·         Work with the E-Commerce Manager and technical team to launch digital products

·         Be involved in other digital transformation initiatives including but not limited to digital marketing, marketing automation, data analytics, digital payments, mobile technologies and new digital products.

·         Experienced and understanding of sales and marketing in the digital world

 

Requirements

·         2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in E-commerce platforms is a must

·         Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent

·         Solid understanding of a broad range of Digital media channels and tactics

·         Must be proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese

·         Able to travel into Japan often - Osaka
