Our client is looking for Japanese Speaking Business Operation Asst Manager/Manager.
This is hybrid role of sales, coordination and facilitation, administration, project management, customer service, strategy management and marketing
Working location: City
Ø Set up business operation planning and management and do continuous improvement.
Ø Service quality maintenance and management which following company’s brand image.
Ø Maintain clean and tidy working space always
Ø Closely liaise with internal/external business partner for smooth business operation.
Ø Prepare business operation report
Ø Set up SOP and do optimization to achieve company’s goal
Ø Set up operational KPI, monitor it and take necessary action to achieve it
Ø Do staff management and training
Ø New business planning and implementation
Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
Ø Project management/organization experience
Ø Able to work well under ambivalent setting
Ø Able to communicate proactively
Ø Able to create vibrant working environment and able to give positive influence to sounding people
Ø Able to build up good business network
Ø Creative person who is able to think out of the box
Ø High hospitality mind set person
Ø Able to communicate well in Japanese (speaking, reading and writing) to liaise with Japanese speaking client and business partner
