Customer Support Representative [S$3,000 – S$4,000]

Job Description:

·         Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate and consistent information to Japanese Client / Customer

·         Manage feedback and escalations, where necessary

·         Perform follow-up calls and email correspondences

·         Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

 

Company is providing Cloud Based Time Attendance Software.

·         Japanese company

·         Location: Hawpar VIllla MRT area

·         Strength: 4 + 30 Remote Engineers.

·         Japan HQ: 100 staffs

·         Business Level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese clients.

·         No AWS

·         VB: 1month

·         Insurance

·         PC will be provided

·         Japan HQ: 100 staffs

·         Strength: 4 + 30 Remote Engineers.

·         Location: Hawpar VIllla MRT Area

·         Working Hours: 9:00~18:00 / Mon~Fri

·         Flexible time will be applied. Can work from home and come to office 1~2 times a week.
