Our client, provides smart furniture solutions for businesses, organisations and communities to work better. They are seeking for Senior Sales Manager to join their new team in Singapore!
Sales Strategy: Lead and develop Key Account planning to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth. Propose commercial policy, trade terms and customer plans for Key Account.
Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives: Propose a Sales Budget for the Key Accounts; monitor Sales Targets achievement continuously and propose revision where necessary (volumes, profits).
Customer Plans: Analyze current Customer Performance and define future Business Opportunities. Work closely with customers to define goals and strategy, action plans, and ensure compliance with commercial policy.
Negotiation Activities: Define and negotiate contracts with the customers assigned. Develop specific sales arguments with Trade Marketing to achieve the strategic goals of the assigned customers.
Negotiate with customers the Annual / Session Promotion Plan according to Marketing Plan.
Deployment and Control: Communicate to Country Manager the agreements reached with customers and the action plans to be deployed on the market.
Monitor the actual in-store deployment of actions at national level, follow-up and coordinate with sales team to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies.
At least 5 years of revelant experience in Furniture / Office Furniture industry
