Marketing Manager

 

Our client, an established homegrown F&B brand is looking out for a Marketing Manager to join the team and head the Marketing dept. The candidate is expected to have up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and practices in online and offline marketing and measurement, and able to independently devise marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

·         Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brands and drive qualified traffic to our front door

·         Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure their implementation from ideation to execution

·         Establish marketing goals to ensure profitability of products and services; from exhibitions and events to menus, catering and partnering retail brands

·         Assist to plan, oversee and approve print and digital marketing material, from menus to brochures, website and e-newsletters/flyers.

·         Assist to plan, oversee and approve a variety of strategic organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting

·         Produce valuable and engaging content for our websites, e-newsletters and social media platforms that attract and convert specific target groups

·         Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

·         Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis

·         Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

·         Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly

·         Events management

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

·        Experience in setting up and optimizing Customer Relationship Management software

·        Numerically literate, making sense of metrics and processing figures

·        Good sense of aesthetics and copywriting and communication skills

·        Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, a plus
