Our client are market leaders in the travel and tourism industry. They are founded in 1910s and have more than 500 offices around the regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage overall customer service function in branch office
  • OP (My Bus) Sales & Booking
  • Provide City Information
  • Take Care of LOOK Customers
  • Take Care of JI Insurance Holder & Credit Cards Holder
  • Booking Service for Hotel Accommodation & Restaurant Reservation
  • Selling Optional Tours, Souvenirs, Meal Coupon, etc


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate who can speak fluent Japanese at business level preferred for the purpose of daily communication with Japan counterparts and Japanese customers
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Customer Service is mandatory
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred
  • Possess Knowledge in MS Office
  • Must be willing to work shift
  • Able to Work Independently & possess Initiative


Working Location: Central
