Our client, a pre-eminent and influential global business leadership institution is looking for Conference Producer Senior Associate / Manager to join their team!

 

Job Responsibilities:

In the role of a Senior Conference Producer Associate / Manager, his main deliverable is in the research and curation of commercially viable conferences and executive education programs on a worldwide basis. The role requires him to tap on his research, critical thinking, communications and project management skills to: -

  • Conduct in depth research on the latest business trends and issues across a variety of industries to draw out insights and ideas for conferences and executive programs
  • Synthesize the research and information to formulate cutting edge conference content and agenda
  • Network and establish working relationships with industry thought leaders and conference speakers
  • Develop marketing brochures and content to enable the Marketing Team to market your conferences and executive education programs
  • Manage the timeline, cost and quality of each project

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum University Degree – preferably with Honors
  • Excellent in managing and co-ordinating projects
  • Possess strong leadership quality, preferably has taken on team lead position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous and high level of drive to excel
  • Demonstrate independence and ability to work well in a team
