A highly respected, world class organization with clients in the Fortune 500 worldwide. They are expanding their leadership footprint across Asia and are looking for a driven Sales Support to be part of their team.


Job Responsibilities:

Client focused perspective (internal/external)

  • Above and beyond primary responsibilities: Identify initiatives and processes to enhance/support the client experience; Identify and/or support initiatives to maintain and acquire clients.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve client facing materials, documents, events, etc.
  • Support the goals and objectives of the Account Managers (AM) to better meet the needs of internal and external clients: Monitor current targets, competitor pricing, managed accounts and related activities; Maintain an awareness of competitors and industry trends; Partner with AM to produce quality client facing materials and documents within the specified deadlines.
  • Assist BD with proposal preparation and presentation, as well as initial development of the pricing model



BD Team Content Development

  • Attend colloquia, programs and trainings, and/or access other learning opportunities to:
  • Stay current on products, publications, research, and processes, etc.; Develop self and bring value to the team
  • Participate in an expanded team shadowing process.
  • Partner with and support others to produce quality work, complete projects, and build effectiveness



Account Management – Resource & Processes

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the delivery processes meet client expectations
  • Ensure optimum efficiencies by maintaining a thorough working knowledge of web-based applications, industry resources, internal systems and processes, and client relationship management tools.
  • Support the Campus and Sales Team by providing Sales support in terms of product updates, new accounts obtained globally
  • Seek and provide information on new/revised systems, processes, and tools



Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years relevant experience in sales support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in development, leadership research and solutions
