Our client, media company is looking for Membseship support  to closely follow up with client and to maintain good relationship.

 

[Job Description]

Ø  Communicate well with client and optimize client’s engagement.

Ø  Influencing and driving retention strategy.

Ø  Prepare necessary operational documents

Ø  Supporting marketing, events, and sales activity

Ø  Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior

 

[Requirement]

Ø  Experience in customer service duties

Ø  Able to liaise with senior management person with good level of confidence and hospitality attitude

Ø  Organized, Accurate, Quality Focus and Efficient
