Job Description

  • Management Support
    • Serves as secretary to Chairman and Managing Director
    • Support Management on overseas guests’ hospitality and coordination matters
  • Corporate Communication
    • Coordinate with external corporate secretariat and legal firms
    • Support with presentation materials and package
    • Support with corporate information and external communications matters
    • Support in IMA special projects
  • General Affairs
    • Provide backup to GA team on administrative duties
    • Support overseas guests and expats on ad-hoc

 

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in both written & spoken Japanese due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and across departments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
