Our Client is one of the leading player within the tourism and travel industry. With rapid expansion, they are urgently seeking for a customer service-oriented individual to join their team as a Travel Consultant.


Your daily responsibilities will include

  • Issuance and handling of customer enquiries
  • Attending to walk in customer in regard to flight booking and accommodation
  • Respond to email and telephone calls and quires
  • Issuance and handling of customer enquiries regarding other passes and tickets
  • Reservation processing and handling of enquiries regarding tours
  • Transaction logging and filing
  • Opening and closing of branch office
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor


Job Requirements are:

  • Minimum a Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Mature and pleasant personality
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
