JAC Singapore is proud to present guest speakers Ms. Vidisha Mehta and Mr. Hiroki Miyadera from Mercer Singapore Pte Ltd for a presentation on Leadership Assessment & Development. The seminar will cover how to find and assess next-generation leaders, coaching and development, and retention and succession for further expansion of business. They will share the latest trends and approaches for each of these areas, including discussions. Note: this seminar will be conducted in English with Japanese instruction.

[About the Speakers]
Mr. Hiroki Miyadera
Mercer (Singapore) Pte Ltd | Principal, Japanese Business Advisory and M&A Transaction Services
Hiroki Miyadera is a Principal within Mercer's M&A business in the Singapore office. He also leads Mercer's cross-business & cross-country initiative to service Japanese clients in ASEAN. He works for clients in various phases of M&A transactions, from due diligence to do-by-close to post-acquisition, using his insights developed through his unique combination of M&A experiences as an acquirer and a financial advisor. His recent practice includes due diligence of target companies with multinational locations, development of retention strategy for key executives, and HR transition support. In 2016, he transferred from Mercer Japan to the Singapore office and leads the business development and Mercer's service offerings to Japanese clients in ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in addition to his role as an M&A consultant.
Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with a Private Equity Fund in Asia, an US Investment Bank, and a Japanese Trading House. He holds a BA from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Ms. Vidisha Mehta
Mercer (Singapore) Pte Ltd | Principal, Talent Consulting
Vidisha Mehta is a Principal with Mercer's consulting business and ASEAN leader for Mercer's Leadership and Organization Performance practice. Her role encompasses building client relationships and providing advice in the areas of organisation design and performance, leadership development and talent management. She has extensive experience and subject matter expertise in the areas of process design, especially in the area of performance management; leadership strategy, assessment and development; organization design, job evaluation and leveling; as well as competency and career framework design. She has worked on assignments in diverse industry segments like Banking, Financial Services.
Prior to joining Mercer, she worked with GE on their global Human Resource Leadership Program and across companies in the Tata Group (one of India's largest conglomerates), including Tata Motors and Tata Group Corporate Human Resources.
She has an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi, India. She also has a master Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai; prior to which she graduated from with a specialization in Psychology, also from the University of Mumbai, India.
